Are you struggling to overcome addiction to substances? Do you feel stuck? Lost? Depressed? Each of us can experience hard times but few can turn it into a starting point for the new life of happiness. I'm an experienced Psychiatric nurse with extensive experience working with clients who struggle with addictions. I also have a great passion in addictions coaching. My mission is to find your hidden potential and give you all the necessary tools to develop, grow and overcome your addiction.
My Specialism
I specialise in recovery coaching. If you are getting concerned that your drinking, dependence on over the counter medication or use of illicit drugs is getting out of hand, our recovery coaching sessions will help you nip the problem in the bud.

A high level of commitment is required for coaching in order for the desired results to be achieved. I offer a free consultation, thereafter a package of 8-10 paid sessions is recommended.

About Me
I am a Specialist Addictions Nurse Prescriber with over ten years experience of working in the addictions and mental health fields. I have worked in the NHS services, private sector and prison service. Over the years I have worked with many people during different stages of their recovery and have come to realise that recovery is a personal journey which depends on the person’s life and experiences.

While working in community service I worked with a young lady who presented very chaotic due to a cocaine addiction. I managed to use coaching and other interventions and the end result was a young lady who was gainfully employed. The other success was a young professional who was on the verge of losing his job due to alcohol misuse. Using similar coaching techniques, he managed to save his job and marriage.
